Gulf Craft Maldives marked the opening day of the Maldives Marine Expo 2026 with the debut of three new vessels, reinforcing its long-standing role as a key contributor to the Maldives’ marine infrastructure and leisure boating, including sport fishing and diving.
With a presence in the country since 2002, Gulf Craft Maldives has played a vital role in supporting day-to-day island life, delivering platforms that underpin passenger transport, resort operations, and essential government services across the archipelago.
Presented at Central Park, Hulhumalé, the new launches include two additions to the passenger vessel portfolio – the Touring 32 and Touring 50 – alongside a new 34 power catamaran for sport fishing. Together, they highlight Gulf Craft Maldives’ commitment to reliability, efficiency, and vessels purpose-built to serve the country’s transport and livelihood needs.
Passenger Vessel Line: Touring 50
The Touring 50 represents the next generation of passenger transport, designed for resort transfers and ferry operations that form the backbone of daily movement between islands. Configurable with quad Honda 350HP engines, the vessel offers high-capacity performance, redundancy, operational confidence for commercial use.
Passenger Vessel Line: Touring 32
Developed specifically for passenger operations, the Touring 32 supports inter-lagoon transfers and excursions, combining speed, stability, and comfort. Designed to carry up to 15 passengers with full safety compliance, the vessel features an ergonomic layout and smooth ride characteristics. Powered by twin Yamaha 250HP engines, it delivers efficient performance suited to individual owners, resorts, and excursion operators.
Fishing Line: 34
The 34 model is engineered for seasoned anglers and professional fishermen, reflecting the importance of fishing to the Maldives’ economy and daily life. Powered by twin Mercury 300HP engines, the vessel delivers strength, precision, and reliability for demanding operations at sea.

The Maldives Marine Expo 2026 continues through 8 February, with Gulf Craft Maldives welcoming visitors to Stand B19-B22 to explore its full portfolio of passenger vessels, fishing catamarans, and luxury yachts, and to meet with the team to discuss customisation options aligned with individual operational and ownership needs.
